BDC MEADOWVALE BRANCH

This Business Development Bank of Canada branch relocated into a new LEED Gold certified building and the office fit-up has similarly achieved a LEED Gold Interiors certification. The design further explored materials and methods that are sustainably produced, sourced, and are healthy and durable while upholding the BDC developing image. Daylighting is maximized and controls are flexible and automated. The design incorporates entry security with a virtual receptionist.
