This BDC branch moved into new premises in an older office tower at the centre of the Oshawa Shopping Plaza. Although a smaller branch, the design incorporated design elements and spaces that emphasize the work community and well‐being of individuals. Shared spaces such as the Library, Meeting Rooms and Hall are complimented by more intimate focus rooms and a Wellness room. Natural elements provide warmth in a modern setting.
