CAMPUS COMMUNITY COOP DAYCARE

This University of Toronto daycare has strong roots in a social, cooperative program that builds community with the parents and staff to nurture the experience of the children. The historic building needed to be reimagined to meet create spacious child rooms in a limited, downtown site and to support the staff and on-site (vegetarian) chef. Early meetings with City staff ensured that all zoning and Ministry requirements could be met.
